There is a massive connection between the brain and the gut, did you know that it is believed that 90-95% of our serotonin (your feel good hormone) is made in the gut.
When this connection is out of balance it can cause you to become hyper-sensitive to stress and this affects your gut behaviour and can cause IBS.
During gut-directed hypnotherapy (or hypnotherapy for IBS) on a conscious level I help you understand your brain and retrain your thinking to ensure you gain a calm, positive balance in your life, no longer full of stress and anxiety, instead relaxed and confident.
And from a subconscious level during hypnotic trance the neuro-pathways between the gut and brain are re-balanced, ensuring you can have long lasting health and vitality and get on with a life you want to lead.
