I use a unique blend of my studies in Clinical Hypnotherapy with elements of NLP and Rewind Therapy to identify what thoughts and beliefs are holding you back.
We then work together in a mostly Solution Focused way to install powerful new beliefs which will align to your preferred future, and by doing this slowly the old psychological and physical conditions disappear.

I don't work to the 1 hour clock like other therapists. We do as much as we need to do on the day at no extra cost. It helps you to get such great changes in fewer sessions.
